This program has been carefully designed to support the development of dedicated engineering, architecture and construction (EAC) professionals working in both public and private organizations who are involved in projects in their respective disciplines at various stages of their life cycle.

 

In the short term, you will acquire a conceptual understanding and practical skills in predictive project management using waterfall planning and execution methodologies based on the knowledge areas and process groups recommended by the Project Management Institute (PMI®). This will provide you with a common vocabulary and the essential tools to interact effectively in the project management environment. In addition, this program provides an introduction to agile and hybrid methodologies, enriching your skill set for IAC-related projects.

Entry requirements

  • Diploma of completion of university studies.
  • Proficiency in the instrumental use of the English language, with emphasis on reading comprehension.
  • Ability to use computers and basic office software.
  • Experience interacting in chat rooms, chat rooms and social networks.
  • Access to a computer with sound playback capability, webcam and microphone.
  • Active Internet connection with a minimum speed of 1 Gb.
  • An active personal (non-business) email account.
  • Availability of applications for reading PDF files.
  • Possibility to install MS Project software for personal and professional use.
  • Willingness and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Ability to synthesize and relate learning to their professional activity in engineering projects.
