Project management has been evolving, adapting to the new challenges of our society, so the course presents, in addition to the change in the vision of the fundamental purpose of projects, the various life cycles according to the types of projects, and the agile and hybrid methodologies, which complement the predictive type, for their management.

Baccalaureate or university degree in business, economics, computer science or related disciplines, technicians or graduates in occupational health or disaster risk management.
At the end of the program the student will be able to master the competencies established in each module of the program.
