In this program you will immerse yourself in the application of new approaches to solve different types of problems. Different aspects of social and environmental entrepreneurship will be analyzed to understand what drives success and well-being. Regenerative entrepreneurship requires integrated competencies beyond knowledge and skills. Awareness, mindfulness, passion and leadership are essential aspects addressed in the Certificate.
This program has a network of high-level speakers, combining global, regional and local references, who are regenerating from different locations and fields. For this Certificate in Spanish language, the emphasis will be on Latin American leaders, with a clear perspective of the challenges, opportunities and projects in the region. In the case of mentors, they will be allies, professors and collaborators, both from UCI, Costa Rica Regenerativa and other initiatives with which we work together, thus ensuring the quality and consistency of the shared approach. The design and vision of this certificate is led by the Founder and President of UCI, Eduard Müller, responsible for guiding the development of innovative educational programs and methodologies to reach professionals worldwide, from his career as a pioneer in Regeneration.
Live sessions with more than 15 guests from the region, co-creation sessions, sectorial group mentoring and virtual platform with materials that you can watch at your own pace. Optional face-to-face meeting at the end of the program.
Today's global changes are exponential and, therefore, any process to co-create solutions must be dynamic. Below is the certification program. This is not a rigid program and the basis of the certificate is an active process of co-creation between participants, presenters and mentors. One of the fundamental outcomes is the transformation of the self in the participants, who are able to manage complex challenges in cooperation with other regenerators under conditions of permanent change. Flexibility, creativity and innovation will be regular practices in the discussions and will therefore be incorporated into the implementation of the program.

All participants who successfully complete the program requirements will receive a Certificate in Regenerative Entrepreneurship diploma, endorsed by the University for International Cooperation (UCI).
This certificate is equivalent to a continuing education course.
Program Requirements: The participant must actively participate in at least 70% of the scheduled sessions and develop a regenerative project (including participation in breakthrough sessions, group mentoring, journaling with minutes and final presentation).
This first module will allow you to question your individual and societal actions in the face of global change and planetary boundaries. It will delve into key topics such as Systemic and Complex Thinking, Holistic Management and Biomimicry for system design. It will be a first overview, as an introduction to Regenerative Development. But at the same time it will give you a new vision accompanied by tools, seeking to achieve regeneration at all levels.
This module will make you see Economics and Politics as you have never seen them before. We need to change the way we measure well-being and, through this economic and political reinvention, we hope to provide you with a fresh and hopeful perspective. In addition, the topics in this module will allow you to delve deeper into your own project, in terms of its governance, leadership and integration with other initiatives at the regional level.
This module will expand your creative thinking in a transdisciplinary way. The main topics we will address are Innovation, Technology applied to nature and social behavior, as well as knowledge and tools of Regenerative Entrepreneurship. We will have an Entrepreneurship Workshop that will transform your project!
This last module will delve deeper into the self, addressing topics such as the development of regenerative cultures, consciousness, spirituality, feminine empowerment, the role of education and the connection with Mother Earth, to guide us towards the evolution that society urgently requires. We focus on working on our inner being and connecting with our purpose, for the subsequent external execution of our initiatives. You will be ready to transcend!
