DESCRIPTION: This conference is intended for project management practitioners (certified or not), project office directors, and strategic champions who wish to:  improve or create an organizational portfolio or program, establish a Project Management Office (PMO), implement a project management discipline, project culture, or simply improve their organizational project outcomes, in an organized, orderly, safe, fast and cost effective way, using the OPM3 PMI standard.
 

SPEAKER: Dr. Carlos Colón Riollano, PhD, PMP, ACP, PBA, OPM3.
Mr. Colón holds a PhD in Organizational Management, a Master’s Degree in Industrial Psychology, a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems and he is currently coursing another PhD in Industrial Phycology from the University of Puerto Rico.

He is the main partner in Riollano & Associates, Inc., a firm dedicated to Management, Analysis of the Organizational Culture, Project Management and trainings. He has more than 20 years of experience in Change Management and Project Management in various industries such as: Oil and Gas, Banking, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Transportation, etc.

He has been teaching Project Management and Strategic Analysis for more than 10 years, in different universities including The University of Phoenix, The University of Lebanon, The University for International Cooperation, and others.
